The main idea of creating a house is a combination of spaces where it is comfortable to live and work. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a two-light space and panoramic glazing. A functional kitchen is designed as a separate unit. The dining area is combined with the living room and also has access to the terrace. A special feature of the house is clear zoning. The main space consists of two study rooms and a playroom.

The second floor is divided into two blocks: one block has the master`s bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom, the other block has two children’s bedrooms with their own bathroom.
The house is located in such a way as to create maximum privacy. The main rooms overlook the inner courtyard. The facade is a rhythmic composition with contrasting decoration.
