Planning

The house traditionally divides the common area and the recreation personal one with the floors: there are studio, guest bedroom and office on the first one, children’s and master bedrooms on the second one. The ground floor is clearly divided into two blocks: the one for receiving guests and the technical, here we also can find a guest bedroom and study. A long corridor leads to a double-height studio with panoramic glazing, due to such a difference the room seems even more spacious. Stairs to the second floor are hidden in a pocket, next to a small nook with chairs, bookshelves and access to the terrace.

The second floor is divided in halves, on the one hand children’s bedrooms, and the master bedroom on the other. The owners value respect for personal space above all, so each bedroom has its own wardrobe and bathroom, and a lot of attention is paid to storage. Talking about exterior, light and dark tiles were chosen for the facades, which gives the opportunity to fully reveal their dynamic composition. In addition, the selected ceramics look natural in such an environment. Two massive pylons set the vertical rhythm, which is supported by thin metal supports for canopies and decor.
