AM Hosue stands out from all studio projects, the clients wanted to turn to traditional styles and images, so we chose a combination of American and French classics. Working with any style requires, first of all, a meaningful modern approach, not just copying certain samples, but their interpretation. To create the desired image, we combined several recognizable elements: pitched roof, window grids and colonial siding. An important detail is the black window frames, together with the black rebate roof, they create a graphic contour for the composition of light facades. The attitude to the natural environment in which the house is located was also fundamental. It is located on a small slope, due to which it was possible to create a spacious terrace with several steps. As it was important for us to make minimal changes to the environment, the terrace has holes for trees that have been preserved.
